With its MERKUR Casino and MERKUR Casino International subsidiaries, the Gauselmann Group operates nearly 400 arcades in Germany and over 350 in other European countries under the logo of the laughing MERKUR sun, making MERKUR Casino one of Europe’s largest arcade operators.

The branch’s opening hours will be Mondays to Saturdays from 10 a.m. And Sundays from 11 a.m.

The Gauselmann subsidiary Merkur Spielbanken Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH operates three casinos in Saxony-Anhalt: in Halle (Saale), Magdeburg and Leuna-Günthersdorf. The company also holds a stake in Spielbank Berlin and Spielbank Mainz and thus has investments in a total of ten casinos across Germany.

Under the brand name CASINO MERKUR MARE, the Gauselmann Group operates casinos on the cruise ships of the Spanish shipping company Pullmantur Cruises S.L. and the TUI cruise liners “Mein Schiff 1” and “Mein Schiff 2”.

The Gauselmann Group has been active in the online gaming segment in licensed and regulated markets since 2008. While development and sales of online casino solutions and online games fall within the remit of the Merkur business segment, operation of the online casinos is the responsibility of the Gaming Operations business segment.
